We are a 46 bed intermediate care nursing home for private pay residents run in family orientated setting with the primary values of: Faith, Family, & Relationships.

Stability of staff with pre-eminent care are hallmarks of this facility with 18 private rooms and 28 semi-private rooms. OES is known for the quality of care provided with personal attention to individual needs. Your Mom is our Mom is something commonly heard in our hallways. Daily activities and home prepared food make us special.

A waiting list is maintained for our 32 unit assisted living facility and our six independent living facilities that all reside on our campus. Priority admission to the OES Nursing home is given to residents of these rooms as well as to Eastern Star members. Please feel free to call for information. Private pay does not mean more expensive. We traditionally undercharge competitors on private pay per diem especially when compared to total one year costs. We do not charge a subsidy for other residents' costs, it is clearly pay as you go with value being the operative word. Our room rates for the nursing home begin at $112.00 per day.
